Step 1: Application & Screening

  • Submit the application with basic startup details
  • 30-minute initial call to assess fit
  • Payment of assessment fee (Small fee, Non-refundable fee)

Step 2: Deep Dive Assessment

Step 3: Engagement Decision

  • Go/No-go recommendation based on fundability
  • If proceeding: Choose 3-month or 6-month program + 4% success fee (includes the fixed fee - 3mo/6mo - valid upto 1 yr)
  • Agree on a Full round mandate or a partial round mandate
  • Full round mandate, will require exclusivity for 6 months
  • If not proceeding: Detailed feedback on what needs improvement
